HI! I'M LAUREN
the owner and creative mind behind Lauren's Crafting Corner!
I've lived on Long Island, New York my whole life. This is where my childhood home resides and is where my crafting story all began...
Growing up, my childhood bedroom was a place I could retreat to. In the far corner of my room, I had an L-shaped desk with a light, warm wood texture that leaned against my deep red walls. This cozy corner in my room was a place where I felt safe. It eventually became my "crafting corner" a place I would go when I had a fresh new idea to create or when I just wanted to let my creative juices flow.

Today, you can find me in my cottage home still creating art in the cozy corners of my home for others to enjoy.
I have had a creative mind ever since I was young. In 2003, I was introduced to the "one-brush stroke" style of painting by a family friend. I quickly became comfortable with this style of painting and began sharing all of my artwork with others at local craft fairs. Ever since then, I haven't looked back!
My style has progressed from not only painting but also to using premium vinyl to create projects on my Cricut cutting machine. I love being able to see creative ideas come to life and be able to create something special and memorable for someone else to enjoy!
